Kitchen - support to gable and first floor to allow for the removal of column and replace with new goal post arrangement to open area up
Demolition of brickwork load bearing wall to stair trimmer and replacement with new steel. New kitchen, stairs. pocket sliding door arrangement
Refurbishment of utility room using stripped out kitchen units to reduce costs. All works to decoration including 40% of ground floor insulated and tiled. New central heating system
First floor
Alterations to wall positions

New doorways formed
Refurbishment of bathrooms
