Services: Design packages

Our aim is to take the clients words and ideas, understand them and convert them into design and specifications.

Consideration is given to the nature and size of the work at an early stage to assess feasibility and budget.

Some smaller works will not require input from design teams, tending to be agreed and drawn up in house and carried out under a Building Notice with Building Control monitoring.

Typical projects will require the input of one of our associated RIBA Chartered Architects whose appointment will be relevant to the size, nature and borough. Drawings are created for Planning Applications with full annotation for Building Regulation approval. The scope of the Architects work may relate to structure and detailing only extending to choice of fitments, kitchen, bathroom and external works designs.

Structural work will be referred to our experienced Structural Engineer who is a Fellow of the Institute of Structural Engineers.
