Services: Local Authority / Utilities Liaison

As noted on the Design Packages page of our Services section we are able to provide a full design service.

Once a design has been commissioned all relevant information will be provided to the Local Authority. We can make Planning applications on your behalf, and submit drawings for Building Regulations.

Depending on the scope of the works we will liaise with other relevant Local Authority departments such as Highways, Arboriculturalists, the Environment Agency and on occasion Environmental Health.

In the event that incoming services require improvement or re-location or that works to the sewer connection are required we will undertake to liaise with the relevant utility companies.
